Brief Project Description: 120 MW heavy fuel oil-fired power station. Full range of post-contract duties on this FIDIC contract, including complete re-measure based on CESMM Edition 3.

  • Full quantity surveying services including preparation of tender documentation
  • Appraisal of tenders received, negotiation and finalization of contractual documentation
  • Measurement and evaluation of work executed by the Main Contractor and Subcontractors
  • Preparation and evaluation of variations, cost reporting and monitoring
  • Examination and resolution of claims and the completion and agreement of the Final Account
