Brief Project Description:The Nicosia Mall covers 82,000 m2 of floor space and based on its design, it will have 150 desirable retail units (there will be kiosks and small shops in the basement, 55 shops on the ground floor, 65 on the 1st floor and 20 on the ‘Food Market’). Its height is 18 meters and it will have 1,700 parking spaces, as well as an open-air plaza.
