Brief Project Description: The Project will be developed on a total land area of aprox. 290.000m². Features of the master plan include in addition to marina facilities, residential villas, 2 No. floor residential towers, event venue center, yacht club, dry stack boat storage, parking and other infrastructure facilities.

- Full quantity surveying services including preparation of tender documentation
- Appraisal of tenders received, negotiation and finalization of contractual documentation
- Measurement and evaluation of work executed by the Main Contractor and Subcontractors
- Preparation and evaluation of variations, cost reporting and monitoring
- Examination and resolution of claims and the completion and agreement of the Final Account
