Brief Project Description: The whole of the Works involves the construction, completion and maintenance of ten (10) Villas, a block of Apartments, Five Star Hotel together with associated external works and Public roads and pavements at the perimeter of the site at Ayia Thekla, Sotira Village area, Cyprus.

Services Offered:

• Full quantity surveying services including preparation of tender documentation
• Appraisal of tenders received, negotiation and finalization of contractual documentation
• Measurement and evaluation of work executed by the Main Contractor and Subcontractors
• Preparation and evaluation of variations, cost reporting and monitoring
• Examination and resolution of claims and the completion and agreement of the Final Account
