Brief Project Description: SIX Student Residence is a landmark building in Cyprus and the region. Split among 6 distinctive towers, SIX’s 307 luxury student residences rise 12 stories above Nicosia and offer spectacular views of the University of Nicosia campus, Nicosia and the surrounding region.
Services Offered:
- Full quantity surveying services including preparation of tender documentation
- Appraisal of tenders received, negotiation and finalization of contractual documentation
- Measurement and evaluation of work executed by the Main Contractor and Subcontractors
- Preparation and evaluation of variations, cost reporting and monitoring
- Examination and resolution of claims and the completion and agreement of the Final Account
